Telephone IWV to DTMF converter EL-20 (Kit or finished device)

All older devices that have a number switch (dial) work with the pulse dialing method (IWV) and can no longer be operated on VoIP and ALL IP devices. The IWV to DTMF (Dual Tone Multi-Frequency) converter converts the pulses of the rotary dial devices into the multi-frequency dialing method (DTMF), making them compatible with the new IP devices again.
